We do not accept returns or exchanges as all our furniture is made to order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the damage and packaging including the shipping label. Our team will review the issue and if confirmed will provide a replacement or send the damaged part separately.
