What is the return and exchanges policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges as all our furniture is made to order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the damage and packaging including the shipping label. Our team will review the issue and if confirmed will provide a replacement or send the damaged part separately.

When will I get my order?

We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your order at any time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

All our products are manufactured in India at our workshop in Mahindra World City, Jaipur. Each item is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans with love and attention to detail to ensure high quality.

Are any purchases final sale?
