At ITAUTI, each piece of furniture is made to order with care and craftsmanship in India, and shipped with love across the globe. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and shipped.

Please Note

  • 1. All our products are thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch.

  • 2. We take great care in secure packaging to ensure safe delivery.
  • 3.In the rare case of damage during transit, we require unboxing videos and photos to initiate a claim with the courier.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. 1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • 2. Share clear photos/videos of the damage and packaging (including the shipping label).
  • 3. Our team will review and assist you with the next steps.
